Service Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling

• Service appointments are subject to availability
• We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for scheduling
• Appointment times are estimates and may vary

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
• Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the service cost

Pricing and Payment

Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Quotes are valid for 30 days
• Additional charges may apply for extra services or materials

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments
• Invoices must be paid within 30 days

Service Guarantee

We guarantee our work for 30 days from the service date. If you are not satisfied with our service, we will return to address the issue at no additional cost.

Customer Responsibilities

• Securing pets during service
• Notifying us of any special requirements or concerns

Limitation of Liability

Air Care Pro is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or data
• Damages resulting from delays or service interruptions
• Issues caused by pre-existing conditions or improper maintenance
